Tehran is willing to restart nuclear discussions with the United States provided that it is treated with "dignity" and "honor", Iran's top diplomat has announced.

The Iranian diplomat stated solely negotiations was effective, and revealed fresh requests had originated from mediators to reopen discussions with the US government. He claimed Iran did not have unreported enrichment locations, and Tehran could not yet allow the global atomic watchdog to inspect attacked atomic facilities for safety concerns.

Walking a Difficult Course

Araghchi is navigating a complex route since Iran does not want appear to be acting from a stance of disadvantage, and he insisted repeatedly that Iran had emerged stronger in military terms and psychologically from the Israeli-US attack on its nuclear sites in June.

He was addressing at a strategic meeting in Tehran where he reiterated that Iran had "an inalienable right to refine atomic fuel on home soil that it will perpetually retain" – the primary cause of the deadlock in the earlier negotiations.

Prior Discussions Unexpectedly Ended

The earlier sessions of negotiations between the United States and Iran were ended suddenly and hostile termination on 12 June when Israel, with American backing, targeted Iranian nuclear sites in a two-week conflict that culminated with the US president asserting the facilities had been destroyed. Afterward, EU nations employed their right to restore UN-wide sanctions, but Iran insists they have not had a significant effect.

Perfect Agreement Offered

Iran's diplomats stated they felt they had reached a "magic solution" to the enrichment issue in prior discussions, when it was agreed an Iran-based consortium with US participation could process nuclear material. Each party would have been able to assert triumph since home-based processing would have continued and the US could be certain that Iran's atomic project was entirely non-military.

It had not been decided in the negotiations that US nuclear scientists could function inside Iran, but that was a reasonable assumption of the consortium proposal. Diplomats stated three times they had secured an understanding with Trump's special envoy the American negotiator only for the agreement to collapse due to "detractors in America".

Existing Situation

Iranian officials declared the cooperative arrangement was now no longer available, but it seems very probable the suggestion could be revived in certain ways if talks restart.

He asserted the assaults began with a Washington's ultimatum for an complete Tehran capitulation and culminated with an unconditional call for a truce.

Iran is assured the opening assaults from Tel Aviv were mounted with full US knowledge and coordination, making trust challenging to rebuild.

Dialogue Continues the Final Resolution

The foreign minister declared: "It was not Iran that had fled negotiations; it was the United States and the European states that had always sought to enforce their desires during the negotiations. Dialogue can still be viable and stays the primary solution to settle disagreements, but its standards, regulations and fundamentals must be adhered to."

"If they address to the Iranian people with the approach of dignity and respect, they will receive a reply in the same language."

Restoration and Rebuilding

In what is described by Iranian officials as the conflict of restoration and recovery, Araghchi stated he was confident Iran's military capacities "are considerably enhanced than preceding 13 or 14 June of this year. Our entire military infrastructure have been reestablished. We acquired multiple understandings from this engagement; we have come to know our personal limitations and the vulnerabilities of the adversary."

He stated: "We successfully passed this war. Our enrichment knowledge, which they aimed to eliminate, continues to exist. The installations and equipment, if eliminated, will be rebuilt; what is important is the determination of the citizens of Tehran and then the social solidarity that they aimed at, but failed to destroy. The Iranian people have developed more resilient, more united, and more endorsing of the leadership and the country in the wake of this invasion."
